ABOUT ME
As a high school English teacher, I helped hundreds of students hone their writing craft, explore the thrill and complexity of English literature, and engage with the world more empathetically through language.
I have a Master of Arts in Creative Writing, where I’ve focused on the speculative fiction novel form, a BA honours in applied linguistics and a BEd.
My personal essay writing was a conduit for navigating queerness in my old faith life. That work has been published in Human Parts and Interfaith Now on Medium. And I’m still writing about the intersection of LGBTQ identity and modern life and politics.
Now, I bring my expertise from the classroom, academia and writing world to help clients calibrate language for their projects and writing.
